电视胸腔镜外科的临床应用(附30例报告)

The clinical utilization of video-assisted thoracicsurgery-a report of 30 cases

目的 探索电视胸腔镜在胸外科的临床应用。方法 采用电视胸腔镜施胸部手术 30例 ,包括肺和胸膜活检术、肺肿块楔形切除术、肺叶切除术、纵隔肿瘤切除术和食管癌根治术等手术。结果 全部病例的手术均获成功 ,有 2例出现术后并发症 ,1例为术后肺泡漏气 ,另 1例为血胸。结论 电视胸腔镜外科具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快等优点。

Objective\ To explore the clinical utility of video-assisted thoracicsurgery(VATS).Methods\ The operation on 30 patients with pulmonary disorder were performed with VATS,including biopsy of lung and pleura,local excision of lung tumor,lobectomy,excision of mediastinal tumor,and esophageal carcinoma.Results\ VATS achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect,with only two patients having postoperative complications,one being alveolar leakage and the other being hemothorax.Conclusion\ VATS can be recommended for its advantages of minimizing invasion,reducing pain and hastening recover.
