摘要
在规划专业教育方面展开研究,阐述了在学科独立的新形势下,城市规划专业教育中复合能力培养的方向转型。基于第一手资料和教育培养经验,对规划专业学生的深度剖析能力、横向归纳能力、组织负责能力、独立思考能力、架构完成能力、创新设计能力、图形表达能力等各个类别进行研究,并在学生的复合能力培养途径方面提出"能力结构雷达圈层模型"等教学评价反馈技术,以纵横结合的教学体系、针对性的专题课程、专项训练的独立课题与互动反馈机制相结合为主要培养方法,达到规划师能力培养与规划教学体系的有机融合。
This paper carried out in-depth analysis about the professional education of planning, describes systematically the direction of professional education transformation of urban planning as blending disciplinary towards complex capacity building. Based on the large number of first-hand information, education and training experience, the design students' capability had been in-depth analyzed, in terms of the depth of analysis, horizontal inductive capability, organization capability and responsibilities, independent thinking, structure completion, expression, and so on innovative design, graphic The radar circle model of ability structure was put forward in the way of integrated complex capacity building curriculum and other educational assessment techniques. The integrated syllabus, topic teaching modules, rational teaching topics, overall teaching assessment and the diversified teaching expression were regarded as the main training methods, and the urban planning teaching and training of professional ability had been organic integrated.
