自信心对投篮命中率的影响因素分析及培养方法

Analysis on the Element of Self-confidence That Can Affect the Hit Rate and the Development Method

运用文献资料法、问卷调查等方法将自信心对投篮命中率的影响进行调查和分析。结果表明:在比赛中运动员的自信心对投篮命中率的影响很大。针对这一结果,分析自信心对投篮命中率的影响因素并提出在教学中的培养运动员自信心的方法,以缓解自信心缺乏对投篮命中率的影响。

With the application of literature and investigation of the self-confidence that can affect the hit rate,this paper showed that athlete＇ self-confidence had a great effect on the hit rite in the basketball game.Based on this result,the analysis of the element in the self-confidence that can affect the hit rate and application for the method to develop the athlete＇ self-confidence in the teaching to reduce the self-confidence has an effect on the hit rate.
