Independent colleges have been an important part of privately-run higher education in our nation,and the development of their athletic team is still in the infant stage.Thus,to promote the development of the athletic team,it＇s suggested that colleges should draw up and improve the management system,optimize the training of the coach,pay much attention to the selection of athletes,and gradually increase the money input.
