瑞巴派特联合奥美拉唑治疗内镜下黏膜切除相关性胃溃疡效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察瑞巴派特联合奥美拉唑治疗对内镜下黏膜切除术相关性胃溃疡的愈合效果。方法 60例确诊为内镜下黏膜切除术相关胃溃疡的患者,按照1∶1比例随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给瑞巴派特联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗。治疗4周后观察两组患者胃溃疡内镜下愈合达Sc期的愈合率。结果治疗组患者胃溃疡内镜下Sc期愈合率为83.33%(25/30),对照组为56.67%(17/30)。治疗组内镜下Sc期愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对内镜下黏膜切除术相关性胃溃疡用瑞巴派特联合奥美拉唑治疗4周较单用奥美拉唑有更高的愈合率。
