摘要
乙烯焦油是乙烯生产过程中的原料高温缩合产物,目前主要用作燃料油,经济价值较低。通过对国内6种乙烯裂解焦油样品进行分馏切割,在分析乙烯焦油和各馏分性质和组成的基础上,提出了常压馏分在脱除一定量的粗萘后,其馏程指标可满足柴油国标要求,可以作为加氢精制的原料。减压馏分通过精制处理获得不同牌号的高沸点芳烃溶剂油,残余渣油可以制备90号～130号系列牌号的焦油树脂。解决焦油直接利用经济效益低下、利用不完全的难题,提高了其经济价值。
Ethylene tar,mainly used as fuel,is high-temperature condensation compound of feedstock during ethylene production,and has poor economic performance.Six kinds of ethylene tar are cut using fractionation in experiment.By analyzing the property and composition of different fractions of ethylene tar,compounds of diesel blending can be got after hydrorefining;va-cuum fraction can be used to get different brands of high boiling point aromatic solvent,and residual oil can be used to get 90#-130# tar resin.The study solves the problems of poor economic performance and incomplete use of ethylene tar in direct use,and improves its economic value.
