摘要
随着裂解装置的大型化,副产物的规模效益逐步显现出来,按主产物收率制定裂解炉操作优化方案的做法有一定的局限性。文中就如何增产高附加值产品进行裂解深度、裂解原料、投料方式等探讨,以提高装置的经济效益。
With the increase in capacity of ethylene plant,the economies of scale for its by-products become increasingly noticeable.There is certain limitation in developing operation optimization plan for cracking furnace based on the yield of main products.Pyrolysis depth,feedstock and feeding methods are discussed to increase the profits of ethylene plant by producing more high value-added products.
