摘要
介绍大型合成氨热钾碱法脱碳系统工艺流程,分析在开车过程中导致脱碳溶液稀释的原因。为解决脱碳溶液稀释问题,提出了改进思路和具体措施,保证合成氨系统及时提升负荷,满足尿素装置开车时CO2的需求量。
The flows of de-C system employing hot-potassium alkaline process in a large ammonia plant are introduced and the causes for dilution of de-C solution during start-up analyzed. In order to solve such problem some improvement and specific measures are suggested to ensure ammonia system to increase the load in time to meet the need for C02 by the urea plant at start-up.
