摘要
介绍合成装置合成回路汽包加药管线的泄漏处理措施,根据不停车带压堵漏夹具方式的特点,采用双夹具串联的技术手段成功堵漏,为高温高压管线的泄漏处理及相关问题提供了很好的解决措施。
Measures taken for the leakage on chemical-feed line of steam drum in synthesis loop ofammonia plant are introduced and based on the features of leaking stoppage fixture at pressure with no shut- down a double fixture in series technology is used and leakage stoppage is successful and this has provided a good solving measure in any leakage treatment in line of high-temperature and pressure.
