摘要
根据脱盐系统精制水泵电机振动高出现的问题,分别从水力振动和机械振动方面分析了精制水泵电机振动高的原因,并提出了合理有效的处理方法,使精制水泵的运行工况得到了有效改善,实现了水泵的平稳运行。
Aiming at the problem caused by a motor high-vibration for refined-water pump in DM-wa- ter system the causes for a high motor vibration for refined-water pump are analyzed from both hydraulic and mechanical vibration and a reasonable, effective disposal proposed to make the operation condition of refined- water pump effectively improved and a stable pump running realized.
