河北省首例B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌感染死亡病例报告

The first report of a death due to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B infection in Hebei Province

本文报告了河北省首例B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌致流脑死亡病例。患者为3月龄婴儿,始发症状为发热,恶心,呕吐,皮肤瘀点、瘀斑。因在血液和脑脊液中均分离培养得到B群脑膜炎奈瑟菌从而确诊。

This article reports the first death due to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B infection in Hebei Province. The patient was a three-month, old infant. The irtfant＇s initial symptoms were fever, nausea, vomiting, skin petechia, and ecchymosis. The patient was diagnosed once Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B was isolated and cultured from blood and eerebrospinal fluid.
