摘要
人才是一个国家发展最重要的资源,林业人才在发展现代林业、建设生态文明、推动林业科学发展等方面起着重要的支撑作用。近年来,林业人才总量增加,素质不断提升;林业教育不断发展,林业培训规模扩大;林业人才开发环境明显优化,林业人才效能得到有效发挥。但是,我国林业人才发展还存在一些问题。针对存在的问题要采取相应的对策。未来要坚定不移地实施科教兴林、人才强林战略。
Talent is the most important resource for the development of a country and the forestry talents plays a vital supporting role about the modern forestry ecological civilization and forestry science, etc. In recent years, forestry talents work improves greatly: the forestry training scale and total amount increasing and the quality improving, development environment being optimized apparently and forestry talents training developing more effectively. However, the development still has some problems. Therefore, the relative corresponding countermeasures should be taken and the strategies on developing the forestry with technology and education should be carried out in the future.
