摘要
介绍了一个用于中央空调系统的节能方法和装置。该方法致力于使制冷主机压缩机及冷却装置(冷却水泵或冷却风扇)的综合能耗最低,着重于解决在相同气温条件及制冷需求情况下,节省冷却水泵的能耗却易致使制冷机压缩机能耗上升的矛盾,将一自主研发的智能群控装置(IGCS装置)应用于实际系统,通过IGCS捕捉最佳的冷却水泵及压缩机综合能耗运行调节区域,找出冷却系统的能耗与压缩机能耗之间的最节能的平衡控制点。给出了使现有系统达到或接近最佳能耗比的控制逻辑。该装置在云港大厦中央空调的实际系统中得到了良好的应用。
It descriped an integrated energy-efficient method for central air-condition system. The method focuses on the best-efftciency-balance-point of the cool pumps which combine with the chillers by using an intelligent-group-control-system divice, which is called IGCS, and is designed and fitted by the writers themselves. The IGCS divice's target tracking course is applied to both cool-pump and the compressors of the chiller to get the greatest profit with minimal energy consumption. As a result of this research, it has not only been used for a typical system which has gotten a wonderful achievement, but also discovered the best-efftciency-balance-point of cool-pump and chiller.
