摘要
通过对某钢厂单机架4辊冷轧平整机工艺设置、控制系统组成、控制功能的研究,用激光测速仪代替编码器,成功的解决了由于入口张力辊、出口转向辊打滑造成延伸率控制精度无法满足生产的问题。同时提出增加板形辊,实现板形自动控制;增加张力计,用变张力、变轧制力控制方式解决恒张力变轧制力控制方式中薄带钢延伸率控制效果不理想的问题。
Technical setting, control system constitute and control function of the skin pass rolling mill for the single frame4 roller cold rolling mill were studied. By substituting pulse velocimeter with laser velocimeter, the elongation percentage precision problem due to skidding of inlet tension roll and outlet swerve roll was solved. Automatic shape control was implemented by adding shape roll, and low elongation percentage control problem of thin strip was solved by substituting constant tension mode with variable tension and variable rolling force mode.
