摘要
目的 观察复方丹参注射液(DS)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心脏损害(HIM)的疗效。方法 将62例HIM随机分成两组。31例用常规治疗加DS治疗,其余的仅用常规治疗。结果 治疗组显效率和总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.025);治疗组QT离散度(QTd)缩短显著优于治疗前(P<0.01)及对照组(P<0.05),治疗组血清肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)下降也显著优于治疗前(P<O.01)及对照组(P<0.05)。结论 用DS治疗HIM价廉实用,可提高患儿存活率及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effectiveness of CompoundPrescription of Danshen in treatment of hypoxic ischemic myocardiopathy (HIM). Method 60 infants of HIM were randompy assigned to two groups. 31 Cases treated were given DS together with the routine treatment. The rest were given the routine treatment. Results QT dispersion degree (QTd) was significantly shortened in treated group than control gourp (P<0. 05) and than that before treatment ( P<0.01), as well as the decreasing of serum creatine phosphodinase isozyme (CK-MB) (P<0. 05 for control group, P <0. 01 for before treatment). Conclusion Treatment of HIM with compound prescription of danshen is an effective and economic way which can increase the survival rate and life qualification.
