摘要
随着种子市场多元化,种子生产量、销售量的增加,种子质量已经成为关系到企业生存、发展的核心竞争力。青海省虽然是农业小省,但具有六大农作物,提高种子质量管理水平同样是种子管理工作的重中之重,要求种子质量管理工作更加规范化、标准化和科学化。
With the diversification of the seed market, seed production and sales increased, seed quality has become core competitiveness related to business survival and development. Qinghai Province is a small agricultural province, but has six crops and improve seed quality management level is the most impntant that need more standardized and scientific.
