摘要 为了建立相对准确高效且充分考虑弹丸接触力等外加载荷影响的柔性身管模型,通过将虚拟体引入身管系统,提出了一种柔性身管的建模方法,推导了虚拟体在系统中的约束方程和身管的多体动力学方程.以某型履带式自行火炮为例,引入身管的多体模型,获得了在相同射击条件下试验测试数据与仿真计算结果的对比曲线.分析表明,应用该方法构建的柔性身管模型能够描述弹丸接触力等外加载荷的作用,并可以较精确地计算火炮的炮口扰动和身管的弹性振动. To establish the accurate and efficient flexible barrel model with the influence of external loading taken into consideration,a modelling method of flexible barrel was presented by introducing the virtual substance into the barrel system, and the constraint equation of virtual substance and the multi-body dynamics equation of barrel were derived. Taking a tracked selfpropelled artillery for an example, the multi-body model of the barrel was introduced, and then the comparative curve between the experimental data and the calculation result under the same firing condition was obtained. The comparison shows that the effect of the external loading can be described by this flexible barrel model, such as the bullet contact force. The disturbance of gun muzzle and the elastic vibration of the barrel can be accurately calculated by this model.
