摘要
目的 :通过动物实验观察肢体缺血再灌流损伤对肠粘膜形态学结构的影响。方法 :110只Wistar大鼠随机分成三个组 :缺血 2h ,缺血 3h和对照组。缺血、再灌注 1、 2、 3和2 4h取材行光镜观察和组织学评估。结果 :肢体缺血和再灌流期间 ,大肠和小肠粘膜固有层毛细血管扩张、充血、多核白细胞浸润 ,粘膜厚度和隐窝深度明显减少 (P <0 0 1)。小肠绒毛高度相对增加 ,隐窝细胞变性、坏死。结论
Objective:An experimental study to observe pathological changes of the intestinal structure after lower limb ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods: One hundred and ten rats were divided into control group,ischemia 2 hours and ischemia 3 hours groups.The histological assessment of the bowel were undertaken at o,1,2,3 and 24 hours after reperfusion.Results:Evidences of microvascular congestion,massive aggregation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes within the lamina propria were observed in experimental groups at different times.Bowel mucosal thickness and crypt depth decreased significantly,while the villus height of small intestine increased significantly comparing to the control group.Additionally,degeneration and necrosis of crypt cells were found in experimental groups.Conclusion: Reperfusion of acutely ischemic extremities may produce structural and functional changes in intestine.
