摘要
针对目前制铝行业的发展需要,本文分析了现有铝电解多功能机组在实际应用过程中存在的问题及不足,重点介绍了新型通用型铝电解多功能机组的构特点及工作原理,新型结构的显著特点是可以满足在不同电解车间铝电解多功能起重机的通用性,对缩短多功能起重机设备维护周期,提高多功能起重机运行效率、从而提高电解铝生产效率,具有十分重要的意义,是一种极具推广价值的新型设备。
In view of the current aluminum industry development needs, this paper analyzes the existing Pot Tending Machine（PTM） in the practical application process in the problem of existence and inadequacy, emphatically intro duces the structure characteristics and working principle of new general type PTM , new structure is characterized by the universality of PTM of the different electrolysis workshop, shorten the PTM equipment maintenance cycle, improve the operation efficiency of PTM, thereby improve the electrolytic aluminum production efficiency, has the extremely vital significance, is a great value of popularization of new equipment.
