摘要 为解决组态软件与三菱虚拟PLC的通信接口问题,提出了一种以VB 6.0为开发平台的通信连接构件方法。该方法利用三菱通信软件MX Component提供的通信用ActiveX库,并采用OLE和DDE技术,完成了基于GX编程平台的虚拟PLC与MCGS组态软件的通信连接构件的设计;同时通过自动装卸料全虚拟PLC上下位控制系统的设计应用,证明了该方法的方便性与实用性。该方法可用于工业组态软件与三菱全虚拟PLC的通信连接。 In order to solve the communication interface problems between configuration software and Mitsubishi virtual PLC, the communication components method with the VB 6.0 as the development platform is proposed. This method used the ActiveX library for communication offered by Mitsubishi communication software MX Component, by adopting OLE and DDE technologies, the design of communication connecting components between virtual PLC and MCGS configuration software based on GX programming platform is accomplished. Through the design and application of full virtual PLC hyponymy control system for automatic loading and unloading, its convenience and practicability are verified. This method can be used in the communication connection between industrial configuration software and Mitsubishi full virtual PLC.
