摘要
阐述了一种适合轮毂电动汽车驱动的新型外转子谐波电机,该电机具有低速、高转矩的特性。详细介绍了该电机的结构、工作原理。运用有限元软件Ansoft分析了该电机的静态、瞬态磁场的反电动势、气隙磁密和电磁转矩等参数。重点研究了其弱磁能力,确定了电机的恒转矩和恒功率的区间,适合轮毂电动汽车不同工作状况的驱动要求。
A new outer-rotor permanent-magnet vernier machine for direct-drive electric vehicle was discussed.It can offer low-speed and high torque density.The structure and operating principle of this machine were described.By using finite element software ANSOFT,the static and transient characteristics were analyzed,such as EMF,air-gap flux density,torque and so on.Above all the flux-weakening ability of this machine was investigated.And the constant torque and constant power region were computed and determined.It is suitable for different working condition of in-wheel motor EV.
