摘要
城市轨道交通项目效益和费用的确定应做到科学、合理和全面。基于城市轨道交通效益的产生与作用机理,探讨了城市轨道交通项目国民经济效益的识别,并提出效益的量化计算模型,以完善城市轨道交通项目经济评价办法。
The confirmation of urban rail transit efficiency and cost should be scientific, reasonable and comprehensive. Based on the produced efficiency and action mechanism of rail tran- sit, the identification of national efficiency of rail transit pro- ject is studied and a quantitative calculation model of efficiency is proposed. This research is expected to improve the economic evaluation system of rail transit project.
