摘要
对深圳轨道交通7号线农林站至车公庙站区间上下重叠段隧道施工建立三维数值模型,通过数值模拟计算手段研究上下盾构重叠隧道地面变形规律以及施工控制技术。通过研究可知:施工过程中地表主要沉降区域为离隧道中心线对应地表点左右15 m范围的区域内;先下洞后上洞施工更有利于控制地表沉降;建筑物基底注浆对控制地表沉降效果明显,而二次注浆对控制纵向影响范围的效果较为显著。研究结果可为类似工程的施工提供参考。
Based on the construction of Nonglin-Chegong- miao section on Shenzhen rail transit Line 7, a simulation model of overlapping shield tunnel construction is estab- lished to study the variation of ground deformation and control technology during the tunnel construction. The re- sults show that a deformation region appears in the range of 15m within the tunnel centerline, it is easier to control the ground deformation by using the engineering method from the bottom to the top, and adopt effective basement grou- ting~ then the secondary grouting will further control the deformation range. The research is important for the de- sign and construction of shield tunnel in complex section as a good reference.
