洪洞县赵城娲皇陵庙历史地位简论

A Brief Comment on Nv Wa Temple’s Historical Status

赵城女娲陵自北宋以来即是国家指定的最高规格的女娲祭祀地,规模大,影响大。但解放前后陵庙建筑大多被毁坏,其辉煌历史已鲜为人知。但从庙内的千年古柏、古碑、御制祝文、历代颁布祭祀先王的诏令、文人墨客诗词等文物或文献可证一千年来赵城娲皇陵庙一直是朝廷御祭女娲的唯一正庙,其历史地位应该得到充分肯定。

The Nv Wa Temple in Zhaocheng has been the most important place to offer sacrifices since North Song,which was greatly destroyed and whose brilliant history was known to few people. However, the antiques and the documents found in the Temple serve strong proof that it has been the only official temple to offer sacrifices to Nv Wa and its historical status should be confirmed.
