摘要
对高层商业综合体兼顾高层建筑和商业建筑的两种特点进行分析,指出该类建筑本身的特点决定了其消防设计的难度和复杂性。针对我国目前该类建筑防火分区和安全疏散设计存在的难点和问题,利用消防性能化设计理念,探讨大型高层商业综合体消防设计的应对策略,以期为类似建设工程的消防设计提供借鉴。
The high and commercial features of high-rise com- mercial complex were analyzed and the complexity and difficulty of fire protection design of it were point out. Aim at the difficulty and problems of fire protection design of high-rise corn mereial complex, based on the performance-based design con cept, the measures of fire protection design of this kind of building were discussed to provide the reference to similar project.
