摘要
在对变压器的火灾模式进分析研究的基础上,建立油浸变压器实体试验模型,对不同条件下变压器绝缘子根部爆裂火灾进行灭火试验。研究表明,水喷雾系统可以有效扑灭变压器绝缘子根部爆裂初期火灾;当变压器内外形成良好的通风条件时,灭火困难,但可以有效控火。结合相关试验,分析水喷雾用于变压器时的电绝缘性能。在试验基础上对变压器的水喷雾系统设置提出了建议。
Fire mode of oil immersed transformer was analyzed, and test model of oil immersed transformer was built. A series of fire experiments were performed about insulator burst fire of oil immersed transformer. The experimental results showed that water spray fire protection systems can effectively extin- guish insulator burst early fire; when many insulators burst simultaneously, a good ventilation condition will form in the oil- immersed transformer, in that condition, the systems can not extinguish the fire, but can effectively control the fire. In addition, the electrical insulating properties of the water spray were analyzed. Based on the test, some advices were put forward about the design of water spray fire protection systems.
