摘要
针对目前无机防火堵料向轻质、隔热和高强化方向发展的要求,实验研究了氢氧化铝阻燃剂对无机防火堵料阻燃性能的影响。温度范围50~800℃,升温速度20.00℃/min,空气流量25.0mL/min。通过对无机防火堵料的性能测试,并结合热重—差热分析和扫描电镜分析得知,采用氢氧化铝为阻燃添加剂可以改变无机防火堵料的初凝时间,但不会降低无机防火堵料的抗压强度。氢氧化铝的最佳用量为10.2%。
Based on the development of inorganic fire-proof seal ing material to light, heat insulation and high strength, the effect of aluminum hydroxide on fire retardant performanee of inorganic fire proof sealing material was explored. According to experiment on properties of inorganic fire retardanl sealing. combined with DSC-TG and scanning electron microscope, the accession of aluminum hydroxide as flame retardant can change the time of solidification, but not the compressive strength of fire blocking materials, The optimal amount of aluminum hydroxide was 10.2%,
