美国电气火灾防控经验之借鉴 被引量:5

摘要 美国发电与用电量均居世界首位,但电气火灾占各类火灾的比例不到8%。回顾美国从电气火灾高发到被有效抑制的历史,说明防控电气火灾是需要多部门协同合作、全民参与的一项系统工程,为解决我国的电气火灾防控工作中面临的类似问题提供借鉴。 The generating and using capacity of electric in USA is at the first position in the world, however, the electrical fire rate in all kinds of fire is not more than 8%. This paper re- viewed the history that American electrical fire was effectively restrained from high to low level and explained that to control electrical fire effectively is one systems engineering, it needs co- operation between different departments and participated in by public. The experiences of developed country may be learned to solve the similar problems faced by China during electrical fire prevention and control.
