研发外包中技术知识的界面管理

Interface Management for Technological Knowledge in R&D Outsourcing

首先,以企业为参考点,结合研发外包的特殊性,对研发外包中技术知识的形成机理进行剖析;其次,从技术知识管理的视角,对研发外包中技术知识界面的形成及其管理动因进行分析;最后,提出了相应的界面管理策略。

Firstly,Taking enterprise as the reference point,this paper analyzes the forming mechanism for the technological knowledge in RD outsourcing with consideration of its own particularity;Then,it analyzes the existent technological knowledge interface and its management motives in RD outsourcing from the perspective of technological knowledge management;Finally,the corresponding interface management strategies are put forward.
