摘要
建筑施工项目材料过程管理对于加快施工进度、保证工程质量、降低工程成本、提高经济效益,具有十分重要的意义。该文强调材料采购验收过程管理,重点从材料计划、采购合同、质量数量验收及计录方面剖析了存在的问题及原因和解决实施途径。
Material process management in construction project is significant in quickening construction progress, reducing project cost and increasing economic benefit. The process management of material procurement and acceptance is stressed and the existing problems, causes and solutions are elaborated from the aspects of material planning, procurement contract, quality and quantity acceptance and calculation and records.
