γ-异氰酸酯-丙基三乙氧基硅烷交联改性水性聚氨酯的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以共聚方式与掺混方式加入γ-异氰酸酯-丙基三乙氧基硅烷与脂肪族异氰酸酯、聚酯二元醇等,对水性聚氨酯进行交联改性.用IR、DSC、TGA及其它物理方法分析研究了γ-异氰酸酯-丙基三乙氧基硅烷对水性聚氨酯性能的影响.实验结果表明:加入3.0g/100gγ-异氰酸酯-丙基三乙氧基硅烷(100g指起始物原料)时,无论以共混还是共聚方式加入,均能提高水性聚氨酯的防水性、耐热性、硬度及抗冲击性能,而以共聚方式加入时其性能更优. The isophorone diiocyanate(IPDI) and polycaprolactone(PCL) are used to prepare waterborne polyurethane(WPU) by copolymerization method and blending method,during which modified by γ-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane(IPTS).Effects of IPTS content on the thermal and mechanical properties of WPU were investigated by IR,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),The experiment results show that the addition quantity of IPTS was lower than 3.0 g/100 g,all can improve the waterproof ability,heat resistant,hardness and impact resistance of WPU,whether in the blending method or copolymerization method,but the properties of WPU by the copolymerization method were better.
