上海创意产业园区空间集聚特征研究

A study on the spatial concentration of creative industry parks in Shanghai

运用聚类分析方法(Cluster Analysis)对上海创意产业园区空间集聚特征分批次进行了研究,并运用空间分析软件对分批次园区的集聚程度进行了判读.发现园区主要沿大学密集区、苏州河、内环线呈带状分布于浦西地区,且集聚分布趋势愈发明显.在此基础上,对上海创意产业园区的空间集聚特征的形成机制进行了探讨.认为其主要机制在于旧城改造的导向、中心区优势资源的吸引、旧工业建筑空间的指向和高校院所的互动等四方面的共同作用.

This paper uses cluster analysis of SPSS software to study the spatial pattern of the Creative Industry Parks（CIP） in Shanghai established in four different period and uses ArcGIS software to interpret the clustering level of these parks.The results indicate that the parks are distributing mainly along university-intensive areas,the Suzhou River,and the Inner Ring zone,i.e.distributing in zones in the west area of the Huangpu River,and the trend of clustering is becoming apparent.On the basis of this analysis,the formation mechanism of the spatial pattern is discussed.The paper points out that the urban renewal policies,preponderant resources in downtown,plenty of old buildings and interaction of universities and research institutes are the main driving forces.
