摘要
针对常规变电站建设模式及面临的问题,对变电站建设综合开发的可行性进行论证,并介绍几个具有代表性的典型案例;归纳变电站建设综合开发的5种模式,以及适合与变电站结合建设的建筑类型,并对变电站建设综合开发的工程造价及效益进行分析;总结变电站建设综合开发在设备选型、噪声、电磁辐射、消防、建筑防水、系统接地等方面要注意的问题及解决方法;最后就变电站建设综合开发的投资体制与补偿机制提出相关建议。
The feasibility of comprehensive development for substation construction is demonstrated and several typical cases are presented based on the construction modes of conventional substation and problems to be solved; five comprehensive development modes as well as building types suitable for construction in combination with substation are summarized and construction costs and benefits of comprehensive development comprehensive are analyzed; considerations in development, such as equipment selection, noise, electromagnetic radiation, fire protection, building waterproofing and system ground, and solutions are concluded; lastly, suggestions about investment system and compensation mechanism for comprehensive development are made.
