血清多肿瘤标志物联合检测对胰腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨多肿瘤标志物(TM)联合检测对胰腺癌诊断的价值。方法应用蛋白芯片检测技术检测265例胰腺癌患者、81例胰腺良性病变患者以及120例健康体检者血清中CA199、CEA、CA242、FER、β-HCG、AFP、CA125、CA153、NSE、f-PSA、PSA、HGH共12项TM。结果胰腺癌组中CA199、CEA、CA242、β-HCG、AFP、CA125、CA153的阳性率均明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),FER、PSA的阳性率明显高于健康组(P<0.05),其余3项TM与其他两组比较变化均不显著(P>0.05)。其中,单项检测CA199敏感性最高(64.53%),CA242特异性最高(98.50%)。综合比较,3项TM(CA199+CA125+CEA)联合检测的敏感性最高(79.25%),特异性较好(87.06%)。结论多TM联合检测可明显提高胰腺癌的诊断率。 Objective To discuss the value of combined detection of multi-tumor markers(TM) in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Protein chip inspection was used to detect 12 TM including CA199,CEA,CA242,FER,β-HCG,AFP,CA125,CA153,NSE,f-PSA,PSA,and HGH in 265 patients with pancreatic carcinoma,81 patients with pancreatic benign diseases,and 120 healthy volunteers.Results In patients with pancreatic carcinoma,the positive rates of CA199,CEA,CA242,β-HCG,AFP,CA125,and CA153 were all higher than those in the other two groups(P0.05);the positive rates of FER and PSA in pancreatic carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P0.05);there was no significant difference in the left three tumor markers between the pancreatic carcinoma group and the other two groups.In single detections,the sensitivity of CA199 was the highest(64.53%),and the specificity of CA242 was the highest(98.50%).Moreover,the sensitivity of TM combined detection(CA199,CA125,and CEA) was the highest(79.25%),and the specificity was good(87.06%).Conclusion The combined detection of multi-tumor markers can significantly improve the detection rate of pancreatic carcinoma.
