摘要
目的探讨16排CT胸部平扫与重建在胸部疾病的诊断和临床应用价值。方法选取60例诊断为胸部疾病的住院患者进行16排CT薄层连续扫描,对结果进行容积重建、多平面重建和曲面重建分析。结果 60例患者的胸部疾病都在VR、MPR和CPR图像中得到清楚的显示。结论 16排CT胸部平扫与重建在胸部疾病的诊断中有重要应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical application value of 16-slices CT to chest plain scan and reconstruction in the diagnosis of thoracopathy.Methods Sixty hospitalized patients who were diagnosed as thoracopathy were selected to receive the 16-slices CT thin continuous scanning.According to the examination results,volume reconstruction,multiplanar reconstruction,and surface reconstruction analysis were made.Results The thoracopathy of the 60 patients were clearly shown on the VR,MPR,and CPR images.Conclusion The 16-slices CT chest plain scan and reconstruction has important application value in the diagnosis of thoracopathy.
