摘要
从定位、错位、到位三个维度,通过对现代学校制度框架下教职工代表大会功能的分析,探寻了当前学校教职工代表大会的困境,并提出了现代学校制度框架下教职工代表大会制度完善的对策。
From three -dimension （Orientation, Misplacement, Countermeasure）, this article analyzes the function of Teacher and Staff Congress under Framework of Modem School System and explore the current the predicament. Finally it puts forward the countermsasures of improving teacher＇s representative committee system under framework of modem school system.
