摘要
某燃机电厂配置的溴化锂制冷站尚有剩余容量没有利用,而当地的气温、空气湿度常年较高,对燃机运行负面影响较大。文章首先研究并确定了把这一剩余容量用于冷却燃机进气的可行性,从而提高燃机出力及效率。其次,本文解决了如何在多台燃机之间合理分配剩余制冷容量的问题。在查找相关设计参数、工质参数、机组运行记录基础上,进行综合数据计算,求出不同分配方案的经济收益。通过综合评比,最终得到两个优选方案。
The cooling capacity of the cooling station using lithium bromide as cooling medium in a gas tu:rbine power plant is not fully used. The article evaluates and confirms the feasibility of using this superabundance to cool the gas turbine, inlet air to increase the output and the efficiency of the gas turbines, since the local air temperature and humidity is high almost in the whole year and thus has a negative impact to the unit. And then the article deals the problem of how to distribute this cooling surplus between several gas turbines. Calculations on the bases of the turbine design parameters, air and steam characteristics and unit logs result in the different economic benefits for different distribution schemes. According to the synthetically evaluating, it turns out that two of them are the optimum schemes to be selected.
