摘要
本文对LCZ60-5.7/0.5/(0.55)型60 MW联合循环双压抽汽式汽轮机在运行中出现的高压调门的目标值与反馈值偏差大的现象进行了分析,对可能的原因逐一进行了检查试验,最终找到问题的主要原因,并采取相应处理措施使故障得以消除。
This paper analyzes the phenomenon that the high-pressure control valve of LCZ60-5.7/0. 5/(0. 55 ) 60MW combined cycle dual-pressure extraction turbine is operating with a large deviation of target value and feedback value. A series of tests and examines were carried on for every possible reason, finally the main reasons were found and appropriate measures were taken to solve the problem.
