嗪草酮与烟嘧磺隆联合毒力的研究

Studies on United Virulence of Nicosulfuron and Metrobizom

摘要 通过药剂对小麦芽长的抑制作用,测得嗪草酮与烟嘧磺隆对小麦抑制中浓度即EC50∶嗪草酮为2.92 mg/L,烟嘧磺隆为10.77 mg/L。嗪草酮与烟嘧磺隆的5个比例复配中,表现增效作用,当质量比为4∶1时,增效作用明显,共毒系数最大为141。复配的二元混剂,并定其含量为10%。其中嗪草酮为8%,烟嘧磺隆为2%。 Through the inhibition of herbicide to the wheat bud, it was determined that the ECS0 of nico- sulfuron was 2.92mg/L and that of clomazone was 10.77mg/L. Mixture of different proportion of metrobizom and nicosulfuron displayed the adding effect. Among 5 mixtures, the adding effect of mass ratio 4:1 was obvi- ous and the poisonous coefficient was the most greatly, 8% was metrobizom and 2% was nicosulfuron.
