摘要
采用静电自组装技术,以化学氧化法合成的聚邻乙氧基苯胺和水热法制备的Fe3O4磁流体为原料,制备了聚邻乙氧基苯胺/Fe3O4复合薄膜,并采用SEM、FT-IR和矢量网络分析仪等手段表征了复合薄膜的形貌及电磁参数随频率的变化关系,对其微波吸收性能进行了初步研究。结果表明:制得的复合薄膜呈片状结构,吸波性能主要靠磁损耗,且在较低频率范围(8~10 GHz)内,薄膜厚度d为3.5 mm时吸波效果较佳,反射率最低可达-11.5 dB;在较高频率范围(10~12.5 GHz)内,d为2.5 mm时吸波效果较佳,反射率最低为-10.4 dB。
Poly(o-ethoxyaniline) / Fe3O4 nano-multilayer films were prepared by layer-by-layer electrostatic selfassembly.Poly(o-ethoxyaniline) was synthesized by chemical oxidation and Fe3O4 fluid was obtained by hydrothermalmethod. The morphologies, electromagnetic parameters and microwave absorbing properties of the film were characterizedby means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vector network analyzer. The SEM picture indicated thatthe film was sheeted. The film had both magnetic loss and dielectric loss, but had magnetic loss predominantly. Besides,in the lower frequency range (8-10 GHz), when the thickness of the film was 3. 5 mm, microwave absorbingeffect is better and the minimal reflection loss is-11. 5 dB. In the lower frequency range (10-12. 5 GHz), the minimalreflection loss is -10. 4 dB when the thickness of the film was 2. 5 mm.
