论《玉龙歌·杨氏注解》中透穴刺法对头痛的治疗

The Study for Treating Headache by Point-through-Point Therapy Recorded in “Yulong Song·young's Comments”

目的探讨《玉龙歌·杨氏注解》中所记载的透穴刺法对头痛的治疗及其理论根据,使其更好地运用于临床。方法通过查阅古籍,对《玉龙歌·杨氏注解》中有关透穴刺法治疗头痛的内容进行分析、归纳。并参考现代临床实际疗效,进行典型病例分析。结果《玉龙歌·杨氏注解》中所记载的透穴刺法治疗头痛具备很多有力的理论依据,而现代临床实践也表明其疗效显著。结论无论在古代抑或是现代,透穴刺法治疗头痛都有其独特的治疗优势,应广泛应用于临床。

Objective To study the theoretical basis of treating headache by Point-through-Point therapy rec, orded in ＂Yulong Song.young＇ s comments＂ ,so as to make better use of this therapy in clinic. Methods Analyse and sum up the content of treating headache by Point- through-Point therapy recorded in ＂Yulong Song · young＇ s comments＂ by studying ancient books and referencing modern clinical curative effect. It is separately describing from three aspects： Point-through-Point therapy using for two points on the same meridian, two meridians border upon,and the Yin and Yang meridians related to each other. Results It has a lot of strong theoretieal basis in ancient book for Point- through-Point therapy recorded in ＂Yulong Song- young＇ s comments＂. And modern clinical studies also show that the effect of Point-through- Point therapy is obviouslygood. Conclusion whether in ancient or modern,Point-through-Point therapy has its own unique advantage. It should be widely used in clinic.
