丹红补肾汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Effects to Chronic Congestive Heart Failure by the Mixture of Yupingbushen

目的观察丹红补肾汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法采用随机分组法,将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用丹红补肾汤口服,28天为一疗程。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性意义。结论丹红补肾汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效确定。

Objective to investigate the effects of the mixture of Danhongbushen on chronic congestive heart failure.Methods According to the orders of hospitalization,the60 patients were randomly divided into controlgroup（30 cases） and observationgroup（30 cases）.Patients in the controlgroup were treated withgeneral therapeutic methods.Patients in the observationgroup were treated with the mixture of Danhongbushen one dose every day besidesgeneral therapeutic methods.The therapeutic course was 28 days.Results the excellence rate of the observationgroup is obviously higher than that of controlgroup.Conclusion the mixture of Danhongbushen is effective and safe in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
