木丹颗粒对2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度及血浆炎症因子水平的影响

The Effect of Mudangranules on Carotid Intimamedia Thickness and Inflammatory Factor Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察木丹颗粒对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度及血浆炎症因子(C-RP)水平的影响。方法将符合2型糖尿病诊断标准的67例患者随机分为两组,两组控制血糖基础治疗相同,中药组配合中药木丹颗粒。结果①中药组治疗后FPG,2hPG,血脂TC、TG,LDL-C、BMI水平均下降,但没有统计学意义,而HDL-C则升高,亦没有统计学意义;②T2DM组的C-RP水平、IMT均高于中药组(P<0.05)。结论木丹颗粒通过减轻血管炎症反应,减缓动脉硬化的进程,从而可以延缓糖尿病大血管并发症发生及发展。

Objective To investigate the effect of Mudangranules on carotid intimamedia thickness（CIMT） and C reactive protein （CRP） in type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM）. Methods A total of 67 T2DM were randomly divided into twogroups after their bloodglucose reach normal standard with western medicine. Onegroup was continue the original treatment,and the other was added Mndangranules for anther 4 weeks. Result The level of CRP and CIMT in western medicinegroup were higher significantly than those of MUDANgroup （P 〈 0.05）. While the level of HDL-C was increase and TC ,TG,LDL-C and BMI were decline of Mudangroups with no significant difference compared with western medicine （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mudangranules can delay the occurrence and development of macrovascular complications of diabetes by reducing blood vessel inflammation and dallying the process of atherosclerosis.
