清肺通窍汤对肺经伏热型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Lung by the V-type Allergic Rhinitis Patients by Qingfei Tongqiao Tang

目的探讨清肺通窍汤治疗肺经伏热型常年性变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法将符合肺经伏热型常年性变应性鼻炎患者60例,随机分成治疗组、对照组,每组各30例,治疗3个疗程,每个疗程10天,观察治疗前后白三烯C4含量变化及总体疗效分析。结果①治疗组和对照组在治疗常年性变应性鼻炎肺经伏热型患者总有效率分别为93.3%和86.6%,两组在疗程结束后的综合疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。②在血清白三烯C4水平方面,两组在治疗前后自身比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且治疗后治疗组和对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药清肺通窍汤能有效治疗肺经伏热型常年性变应性鼻炎,与其降低白三烯C4水平有关,是安全有效的中药制剂。

Objective To explore the effect of Qingfei Tongqiao Tang for the treat-ment of patients with Lung V-type heat allergic rhinitis.Methods 60 perennial allergic rhinitis patients of Lung V-type heat,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group and the control group of western medicine were both treated for 30 days,then to observe the effect of the two groups before and after treatment,and also to observe the change of LTC4 in serum.Results(1)The total effective rate of curative effect was 93.3% in treatment group,while 86.3% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups after treatment(P<0.01).(2) Both groups can reduce serum level of LTC4(P<0.01),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Qingfei Tongqiao Tang is effective in treating lung volt heat in PAR,it was related with which can promote serum level of LTC4.It is the safe effective drug of traditional Chinese medicine.
