摘要
目的:测量PNF训练后45~59岁中年人平衡能力,以及两组受试者平衡能力的变化,确定本体感觉神经易化技术与平衡能力间的关系,提高45~59岁中年人群的平衡能力,降低其衰老后跌倒风险。方法:运用本体感觉神经肌肉易化技术中的下肢对角线模式与躯干节律性稳定两种方法对20名45~59岁的中年受试者进行训练,训练停止后4周分别测试睁、闭眼平衡能力,比较测试结果。结果:本体感觉神经肌肉易化技术中的下肢训练和躯干训练均对睁、闭眼平衡能力有改善作用。结论:PNF训练后45-59岁中年人平衡能力明显提高(P<0.05),但两种方法对平衡能力的影响差异不大。
Using the method of literature;statistics and contrast experiment,this paper makes the study on the enhancing in organism balance ability with the method of PNF.The result shows: after 4 weeks,the experimental group and the comparison group have promoted greatly in the ability of move and static.Stop the training for 4 weeks,the experimental groups ability to learn move and static have dropped.Thats means using the method of PNF,it can be helpful to improve organism balanced ability(P0.05).
