胆汁透声度定量测定对利胆治疗疗效评判的研究

The Value of Ultrasonography Histogram Display in the Assessment of Cholagogic Effect in Cholelithiasis

目的 :探寻用于人体利胆药疗效评判的方法。 方法 :随机选择 44例胆囊结石患者 ,分成亮菌甲素治疗组和胆舒胶囊治疗组 ,分别治疗 2周 ,治疗前后选用B超直方图进行胆囊内胆汁透声度测定。 结果 :两组回声灰阶 (LEVEL)及透声像素 (MAX)治疗前后比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :采用B超直方图进行胆汁透声度定量测定 ,能动态地反映胆囊结石患者利胆治疗的效果。

Objective:To evaluate the method used for assess curative effect of the cholagogue.Methods:Prospective randomized study was conducted on 44 patients with gallbladder stone taking armillarisin A tablets(therapeutic group)or Danshu capsules(control group)separately in two weeks period.The therapeutic effect was observed by ultrasonography histogram display before and after treatment.Results:Both differences of Level and Max before and after treatment in two groups were signifieant( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Ultrasonography histogram display could be used to assess dynamically the cholagogic effect in cholelithiasis.
