复方五矾溶液膀胱灌注前后膀胱粘膜及肿瘤组织超微结构的变化观察

Electron Microscopic Observation of Bladder Mucosa and Tumor Cells after Intravesical Instillation Compound Wufan Solution

目的 :了解复方五矾溶液膀胱灌注前后膀胱粘膜及肿瘤组织的超微结构改变 ,探讨其预防肿瘤术后复发的应用前景。 方法 :对 4例非肿瘤膀胱手术患者和 6例膀胱移行上皮肿瘤患者术前 2h灌注复方五矾溶液 5 0ml,术中切取组织标本 ,做扫描电镜和透射电镜观察。 结果 :正常膀胱粘膜和肿瘤组织的表层细胞出现明显的蛋白凝固 ,细胞膜皱缩、坏死和脱落。患者无不适感 ,亦无不良后遗症。 结论 :复方五矾溶液膀胱灌注可直接作用于膀胱肿瘤表层细胞 ,使其产生坏死和脱落 ,但无副作用。这为今后成为预防肿瘤术后复发的灌注治疗方法提供了实验依据。

Objective:To evaluate the prospects of compound Wufan solution in the prevention of bladder carcinoma recurrence after surgical management.Methods:In 4 cases of the non tumor and 6 cases of the bladder tumor,electron microscopic study of bladder mucosa and tumor tissue by TEM(transmission electron microscope)and SEM(scanning electron microscope)was carried out both before and after intravesical instillation of compound Wufan solution.Results:Injury to the surface layer of the bladder mucosa and tumor cells could be observed,including the weinkle of cell membrance,necrosis and scaling of the cells.The patients did not have discomfort.Conclusion:It was postulated that direct cytotoxic effect of compound Wufan solution on the tumor cells might play a significant role in its antitumor action.
