卓越法律人才的培养,需要法学专业建设进行全方位的综合改革。改革内容涉及到人才培养方案的制定、和实务部门联合培养机制的形成、"双师型"教学团队的建设、课程内容和课程体系的重构、教学方法和教学手段的改革、实践教学环节的构建等。根据教育部文件精神,结合我国当前法学专业建设实际情况,可以确定法学专业综合改革试点的建设目标,明确实施的具体方案。
