摘要
民办学校教师队伍是我国教育事业体系中不可忽视的部分,重视民办学校教师队伍建设,提升民办学校教师经济与政治地位,规划民办学校教师职业发展生涯,有利于发挥他们投身教育的积极性。
The private school teachers play an important role in our education system.We should emphasis on the improvement of private school teachers,enhance private school teachers’ economic and political status and improve their career development career.It will inspire their enthusiasm.
