构建大学生就业心理健康教育体系的思考

Analysis of the Employment of College Students Mental Health Education System Construction

大学生就业心理健康是当前高校学生工作的焦点问题。在严峻的就业形势面前,大学生在择业过程中出现了一些就业心理问题,如从众心理、挫折心理、自卑心理、急功近利心理、焦躁心理、妒忌心理等。要克服这些问题,必须转变就业心理健康教育工作观念,丰富就业心理健康教育内容,构建大学生就业心理健康教育体系。

The employment of college students’ mental health is the current hot issues of student work in colleges and universities.In the grim employment situation,college students in the employment process generally have some psychological problems of employment,such as herd mentality,frustration,psychological sense of inferiority,utilitarian psychology,anxiety and psychological,jealousy,hindering their successful employment.We must improve our work,enrich employment psychological health education content and construct college students＇ employment psychological health education system.
